04The technology · How it works inside

The measurement principle.

The Detection Unit supports three steps from sample intake to electronic sensing.

Stage 01

Blood collection

Micro-invasive. Just 20 µl of blood needed.
Built-in blood collection.
No medical staff needed for sample collection.
Stage 02

Sample conditioning

Plasma generated directly from whole blood.
Volumetric adjustment for quantitative output.
Sample matrix prepared for BIO-FET sensing.
Stage 03

Biomarker sensing

Highly sensitive BIO-FET sensor.
Dynamic range 10 pg/mL – 1 µg/mL (marker-dependent).
6 × 6 mm sensor · 25 × 25 mm on PCB.

05The detection principle

How the sensor recognises a marker.

Our microtechnology-based detection chip operates on the principle of antigen–antibody detection, delivering reliable quantitative and qualitative results at the level of clinical laboratories.

01

Blank

No target molecules present. The baseline stays flat.

02

Target selectivity

Only the matching target binds its antibody. A small, selective signal.

03

Quantitative response

The more targets bound, the higher the signal. A quantitative readout.
